Hi, can i please ask about taobao spree 34 order status? it's not updated on the excel sheet. will it be arriving soon since it's already 14 days since the closing of the spree? thanks.

China was having problem accessing the online spreadsheet for update.

Most of the items are already bought leaving only a few more.

as ben said, china having a very big problem to access internet. i believe that he also facing a very big problem to update the online spreedsheet. pls be patient.

hi cutie, i am just asking for an accurate update because the spree is still "open" on the main page when it is updated as "ordered". and as written in the page, the items should arrive within 14 days after it is ordered. If there is no accuracy in update, they how can buyers know when the estimated time the items will arrive? i know i'm being slightly impatient here because i really need the items urgently and i've made sure that i factor in 3 weeks in advance for the ordering and the shipping. the spree should close once there are 8 buyers but until now it's still "open". If there are problems with that site or even with china having problem with accessing the site then i thought it would be good if there is some update to be transparent about what is happening also. because i heard that previous sprees are carried out smoothly and i thought sellers can uphold this responsibility.

i would like to re-emphasise that i am asking for the status of spree 34 and 35. not only 34. so according to ben, only 34 is ordered and the people from china are having problems. i hope he can clarify about spree 35 too.

Firstly, this problem ain't just with the site or with China having problem accessing the site.
Like what Cutie said, Benson is having a very big problem accessing the internet, which means no access to any sites at all.. And that also means he can't do any updates at all.

This is an unforeseen problem but I believe Benson is trying his best to get the internet back up and I believe he will give a better explanation on why he's unable to access the internet.

Yes, and that to my understanding means that only after all the items in the spree has arrived in Benson's place, checked & consolidated into the boxes then it will arrive within 14 days.  **Correct me if i am wrong about this.

But no matter what, I do agree that he has to clarify/explain all this himself.
and that will be possible only when the internet over at his side is fixed and running.
thus once again, I hope that you can be patient about it.

yes, thank you oleo cookie. i believe only benson can reply for this. that is why i post my questions here so that he can reply as soon as he can.
